Founded on October 23, 1990 by British Amec plc and Palmet A.Ş as Turkey's first domestic Raised Floor Systems manufacturer, FLOPAL Teknik Yapı Endüstri ve Tic. A.Ş started its activities as a foreign partner institution. It has transferred 25 years of experience and technology of the AMEC group in the production of Raised Floor Systems to our country. As the first and only company that made domestic production in Raised Floor Systems in 1991, FLOPAL is equipped with all kinds of modern, international quality control systems required during raw material input, finished / semi-finished product output in our Bolu facilities with mass production and fast delivery possibilities. Having chosen "Total Quality" as its target, FLOPAL not only offers quality products to its customers, but also prioritizes quality in design, manufacturing, delivery and maintenance services. The experiences of DENCO Ltd. in the European Market and the applications carried out by FLOPAL TEKNİK YAPI A.Ş. for more than 30 years have made FLOPAL a reliable manufacturer and colleague for its customers. In addition, as the first company to obtain ISO 9001 in the production of Raised Floor Systems, FLOPAL continues to work by expanding its rightful leadership in the sector.

The management of FLOPAL TEKNİK YAPI A.Ş., which has executive responsibility, has determined the Vision of the enterprise as follows:

Quality

Since 1994, we have been successfully implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in our production facilities in Bolu OSB and in our head office in Istanbul. In addition, we produce, deliver and apply in accordance with the TS EN 12825 Raised Floor Standard, which has been valid since 2004. We produce our products according to national and international standards, having the documents stipulated by the said standard. Within the scope of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the following tests and inspections are carried out periodically in the Bolu OSB production unit:

  • Raw material input inspection (Incoming Inspection)
  • Semi-finished inspection and tests
  • Finished product inspection and testing
  • Inspection of each process during production in the philosophy of Random Quality Inspection
  • DÖFI (Regulatory and Preventive Actions) activities
  • P&D and R&D activities based on feedback from customers and subcontractors
